Thank you for a pleasant stay. The breakfast variety is super with many options to choose from and great coffee, as example, exceptional service. The hotel rooms are functional and fantastic with a shower, a queen bed, as for instance.

Staff friendly and helpful if you want to visit and spend time in Biel, this hotel is ideally located on main road with bus stop literally in front of the hotel. Lake is in walking distance, maybe 15mins. Breakfast is also good.
Room is a bit old and old stuff in bathrooms too. Needs a rennovation.

The room in standart double category appeared to be very spacious, clean and quite, with very good Internet connetion (cable and WiFi). Strong breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Welcome drink presumes very wide choice - not on;y mineral water or tea. Very close to railway station with trains to Bern every 30 min. Well-packed mini-bar in the room. Free parking. Very good velue for money, especially when you remember that you are in Switzerland.
Very difficult to find something what could disappoint.

The location was central, magnificent in city centre. The room was perfectly clean and offered shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials.- The people were hard-working, will exceed the expectations.

The location is ideal and the staff are very helpful. Dining is adequate and the parking area makes life very easy. Providing the wireless internet in every corner of the Hotel is a clever idea.
